All prices are in Canadian funds unless stated otherwise.
D.A.S. is not liable for costs other than the purchase price of the product sold.
Application and reference numbers are a courtesy of D.A.S. and are to best of our Knowledge, we do not responsibiity for any mistakes or misprints regarding this information.
Order deadlines:
For prepaid shipping, the amount must be attained for order only. However, it will be possible to add on the initial order before the deadline.
Order preparation is limited by carriers pick up times. Oders must therefore be placed before 11.00am Eastern standard time for deliveries made within the GTA, Mississauga, Brampton area and before 3.00pm Eastern standard time for daily orders for Ontario.
In all cases, some exceptions beyond our control may apply since we are governed by the constraints of carriers.
Returned Merchandise:
All returns must have RGA number.
No handling fees apply to merchandise returned in its orignal package, in good resale condition, inaltered.
If packaging replacement is necessary, and available, a 10% packaging fee will apply. If there is no packaging available, the merchandise will be returned.
All mrchandise returned with a purchase date exceeding one year will be refused.
Multisource has the right of requesting proof of purchase before crediting.
Claims
If packages are damaged or missing upon reception, this information must be clearly marked onthe bill before accepting the shipment. A claim must be filed with Multisouce within 24 hours following the reception. When in doubt over the state of merchandise, it must be wrapped and inspected before the delivery receipt is signed.
All claims regarding damaged or missing merchandise, invoicing or shipping errors should be sent to Customer Service within 5 days of date of purchase.
Freight Policies:
All prepaid orders will be shipped by the carrier of our choice.
All orders are shipped ground within a maximum of 24 hours after an order has been received.
All additional fees related to a special transport request will be charged to the customer. (Ex: weekend shipments, express delivery, hazardous materials, second deliveries).
A minimum order amount is required before the transportation is paid by D.A.S.
Warranty Policy:
Customer must make sure that the parts were purchased from D.A.S.
All our parts are guaranteed for 3 months afte resale date, except for the following products that have a superior guarantee:

HUB BEARING & HUB BEARING KIT 2 years
SUSPENSION PARTS Lifetime warranty ( limited)*
BEARING PLATES 1 year

DHI CONVERSION KIT 2 years
CERAMIC BRAKE PADS 1 year OR 20 000km
* EXCLUDED, FLEET COMMERCIAL VEHICLES AND 4X4.
No broken light bulbs will be considered as defective.
D.A.S. will honour warranties stated on manufactures packaging. If a replacement part cannot be provided, the purchase cost will be refunded.
Guanties do not apply to items installed improperly, misused, neglected, modified or manufactured.
D.A.S. cannot be held liable for repair costs or towing fees, whether the replacement is covered by the warranty or not.
A sale invoice copy must be sent with return items.
